Unreal
this day is about you
no one can take that
away
the words escape that
mouth that speaks
to you but
here it is again
the truth that's in
your eyes
beyond the blue
that's so deep beyond
the skies reflection
of this sailors' seas
much more vast than
the surface
in the soul below
(one can only hope to go)
and ever get to see and know
the laughter like a child
the beauty in your smile
and brilliant all the while
the world grows with
every second of the day
